2000 - 2001
This is when he made the break from Moto-cross and tried out the mini moto class. This is a very competitive little sport which covers go-kart tracks all over the Country. Daniel did very well in this sport and took to it very quickly. Although just competing in this for a year he finished 3rd in the championship beating the previous British Champion on the local circuit at Lydd.
1997 - 2000
Daniel competed in Junior Motor-Cross, and raced with East Kent Schoolboy Scramble Club & Mid Sussex Moto- Cross Club and guest. His first year was competing in the small wheel auto class where Daniel managed to clinch a 1st place in both the championships for East Kent and Mid Sussex clubs.
His second year was in Auto 60's when he rode a KX 60 auto finishing 3rd in the championship at the end of this year. He then moved on to the 60 gear class riding a KX65. Just getting to grips with the KX65 and ready to go into his second year, and the Country was hit by foot and mouth, so unfortunately Moto-cross came to a standstill.
